RSS CEO Phil Puccia recently had the honor of speaking at one of the rail industry’s most storied gatherings: the New England Railroad Club’s Annual Purchasing Night Dinner.
Speaking to 150 commuter rail leaders at Maxwell Luciano’s in Worcester Station, Phil addressed a challenge familiar to agencies across the country: when immediate power needs arise, traditional procurement timelines often struggle to keep pace.
RSS’s flexible leasing program offers a smarter path forward. Agencies get access to like-new locomotives, delivered when and where they’re needed, with the speed and flexibility that modern rail operations demand. As budgeting and procurement norms continue to evolve, RSS is committed to being part of that conversation and part of the solution.
Thank you to Club President Michael Rooks and the entire NERC Board for the invitation. Founded in 1883, the New England Railroad Club has been an essential voice in this industry for over 140 years, and we’re proud to be part of it.
