RSS CEO Phil Puccia recently had the honor of speaking at one of the rail industry’s most storied gatherings: the New England Railroad Club’s Annual Purchasing Night Dinner.
Speaking to 150 commuter rail leaders at Maxwell Luciano’s in Worcester Station, Phil addressed a challenge familiar to agencies across the country: when immediate power needs arise, traditional procurement timelines often struggle to keep pace.
